Important Note on sublimation Tumblers

All of our sublimation tumblers feature a vertical seamline on the back. Due to the nature of the sublimation printing process, the design will meet at this seam, which may result in a slight vertical gap, overlap or line where the image alinement is not perfectly continuous. 

This seam is a structural and unavoidable feature of the blank tumbler designs and is not considered a defect. By purchasing this item the customer acknowledges and accepts this standard characteristics.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CLAIMS OR RETURNS BASED ON THE APPERANCE OF THE SUBLIMATION SEAMLINE.

Shipping and Delivery

All Customised UV-DTF orders can take up to 72 hours to get processed. Delivery Time can take up to 3-5 working days for mainland UK.

All customised Sublimation orders take up to 48 hours to get processed. Delivery Time can take up to 3-5 working days for mainland UK.

All Pre-Wrapped Item orders made before 2pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped next working day. 

In rare emergency situations, natural calamity, floods or pandemics like Covid-19, Delivery timings will be affected and as such it could take more time depending on situation, although we try our best to get it  to you as quick as possible.

Returning an Item:

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us. Please allow up to 7 business days for our QA team to check out your returned items.

Cancellations/Refunds

All Refunds will be made as Store Credit / Coupons which you can use for future orders, no money will be refunded.

All cancellations should be requested within 30 minutes after placing the order. Any notifications after this period wont be possible to accept, although we will try to cover as much as possible.

In case of cancellation or Refund request, Store Credit / Coupons will be issued which you can use for future orders, no money will be refunded.
